Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website can save on your phone or computer. This website does not set cookies and does not store anything on your device. It does not use analytics or advertising tools, so there is nothing for you to accept or refuse and no cookie banner.
If we add tools in the future that use cookies, for example visitor statistics, we will update this page and ask for your permission before they run.
Services this website uses
- Hosting. The website is hosted by Netlify. Like most hosting services, Netlify keeps technical server logs, which can include your IP address and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site working.
- Fonts. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address.
- Links to other services. The website links to WhatsApp and Instagram (both run by Meta) and to your phone dialler. Once you follow a link, that service’s own privacy policy applies, not ours.
If you contact us
You can call us, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, or email us. We will receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, address, photos of your project and your messages.
- What we use it for: to reply to you, arrange a visit, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work and deal with invoices and guarantees.
- Why we may do this: because you asked us to, or because it is needed for a quote or contract you want, and for our legitimate interest in running the business.
- Who sees it: only us and the services we use to communicate, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and our email provider. We do not sell your information or use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
- How long we keep it: only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and, for customers, as long as the law requires us to keep business and accounting records.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or stop using it. To do any of this, contact us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
